Neil Patel Digital (NPD) is seeking a highly talented, forward-thinking Social Media Specialist to manage comments on the social accounts for our popular digital marketing brand. This includes but is not limited to LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok.

This team member should have a well-rounded understanding of multiple digital marketing techniques and should have strong communication skills. This team member will aid in customer services efforts by answering marketing questions from our many marketing support channels. 

We post content daily on all of our social channels, so you will have new comments coming in every day, throughout the day!

Please note this is a Contractor position (30-40 hours per week) and fully remote. Opportunity for full time placement based on performance and business needs. 


  • Respond to all comments for the Neil Patel brands across multiple Social Media platforms and email with valuable responses
  • Research and reply to all questions asked via Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Youtube, and Facebook
  • Utilize internal databases and subject matter experts to provide best-in-class engagement to our followers
  • Interact with online communities and identify opportunities for potential customers for the agency
  • Create “Comment Speech Guidelines” for the company’s reference
  • Create a knowledge base related to common comments and predefined answers for future maintenance and training of other team members
  • Help Social Media Manager to create reports from social channels
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
  • Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
  • Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
  • Adhere to the company’s rules and regulations


  • Passionate about Digital Marketing with knowledge of SEO, Paid Advertising, Email Marketing, Conversion Optimization, and social media KPIs
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Proficient English speaker and writer
  • Excellent knowledge of best practices for Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Clubhouse, and other social media channels
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or relevant field
  • 2 or more years’ experience as a Social Media Specialist, Manager, or similar

  • Hourly Pay Rate: USD $18.00-$20.00/hour; depending on experience and skills
