ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
NP Digital LATAM is looking for a Data, Analytics and Insights Specialist to join the growing team.
In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining the multichannel reporting and analytics infrastructure of the Strategy department, integrating data from Social Media, SEO/GEO, Paid Media and Email Marketing to generate actionable insights for our clients. You will own the development of executive dashboards and automated reporting formats that allow the team to communicate results with clarity and consistency.
As a Data Specialist, you will plan and conduct periodic analyses across all digital marketing channels like Social Media, SEO/GEO, Paid Media and Email, that drive business results and inform future strategies. You will contribute to the processes and frameworks that ensure consistency in data storytelling across all agency programs.
You will be part of a “data forward” culture to enable all disciplines to continually improve marketing performance through analysis, optimization, integration and automation.
This is a newly created role to support our growing Data & Analytics offering. To be considered, candidates must reside and be eligible to work in Latin America and are required to communicate in English.
Candidates located in Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, Peru, Ecuador will be prioritized.
ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, develop and maintain multichannel executive dashboards (Social Media, SEO/GEO, Paid Media, Email) in Looker Studio, Power BI or Tableau, consolidating data from multiple sources into a single, actionable view for clients and internal teams
- Build and maintain automated reporting formats (templates and scheduled outputs) for recurring client deliverables, ensuring consistent structure, visual standards, and data accuracy across all channels
- Conduct in-depth analysis and generate strategic insights across four key areas: Social Media (mentions, engagement, reach, audience growth, content performance), SEO/GEO(organic traffic, keyword positioning, technical health), Paid Media (campaign performance, ROAS, attribution) and Email Marketing (open rate, CTR, conversions, list segmentation)
- Develop and apply a multichannel measurement strategy for each client: defining what to measure, from which sources, and how each metric connects to business objectives
- Extract, merge and manipulate data from multiple sources and platforms (APIs, connectors, spreadsheets) to build integrated datasets that support cross-channel analysis and hypothesis testing
- Collaborate with Strategy, Account, and channel teams to translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations that optimize marketing performance
ABOUT YOU
- 3+ Years of experience in a digital marketing agency or client side
- Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, balancing agility, adaptability, and rapid execution while managing multiple priorities
- Expertise in integrated digital marketing reporting, analytics, and attribution across four channels: Social Media (Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social, Brandwatch or similar), SEO/GEO (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console), Paid Media (Google Ads, Meta Ads, DV360) and Email Marketing (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo or Salesforce Marketing Cloud). Familiarity with tagging and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google Looker Studio
- Experience with data visualization platforms including Google Data Studio, Tableau or PowerBI
- Experience with analytics languages and platforms such as Python, R and SQL — particularly for data extraction, transformation, and automation of recurring reports
- Hands-on experience in integrated digital marketing analytics covering all four channels: Social Media, SEO/GEO, Paid Media and Email Marketing — with the ability to connect cross-channel data to tell a unified performance story
- Demonstrated expertise in executing strategic data initiatives for well-know, enterprise level brands
- Proven collaboration ability, effectively working across multiple cross-functional groups
- Experience using, merging and manipulating data from multiple data sources to create a response to client questions and hypothesis
- Proven research skills, a strong intellectual curiosity, and attention to detail
- Strong analytical thinking, as your recommendation should be based on solid data and research
- Exceptional interpersonal communication and organizational skills

- Experience with data connectors and integration tools (Supermetrics, Funnel.io, Make/Zapier, Google Sheets API) to automate data pipelines and reduce manual reporting workload
- Sharp written communication distilling and clarifying metrics, what they mean, and how they're relevant within a business context (in the form of executive reports, concise dashboards, decks)
- Accessible documentation (written and visual) specifying data task dependencies and data workflows

USD $2,000.00 - $3,250.00 per month; depending on experience and skills
