- Support the technical design and documentation of projects at various scales, focusing on healthcare environments, from large hospitals to complex department renovations
- Develop and finalize documents to ensure compliance with building codes, life safety standards, FGI guidelines, with a focus on technical accuracy and regulatory adherence
- Coordinate with interior, MEP, and structural disciplines throughout the design and documentation phases
- Lead small teams on a variety of project scales
- Collaborate with Architects, Interior Designers, and Project Managers from Concept Design through Construction Administration
What you will need to succeed:
- 8-12 years of experience in architectural design and documentation, preferably in complex healthcare or institutional projects. Demonstrated excellence in design and innovation
- Experience in projects from design development through construction administration.
- Strong verbal and graphic communication skills, effective client relationship skills, and talent for working with diverse teams of designers and consultants in a collaborative environment.
- Experience with interior documentation and detailing, including casework detailing.
- Demonstrated experience working on HCAI 1/OSHPD 1 projects in California
- Strong Revit proficiency
- Professional Licensure or progress toward licensure is encouraged.LEED Accreditation, encouraged
- Familiarity with LEAN Concepts, encouraged
- San Francisco: $115,000 - $140,000
- Los Angeles: $110,000 - $135,000
- San Diego: $110,000 - $135,000
