Background in Organization and Talent (O&T):
Navigate’s approach to Organization & Talent begins with gaining a deep understanding of our clients’
market, customer, and business priorities and then applying a systems perspective to align its structure,
operating model, and talent to facilitate the achievement of defined business objectives. The firm is seeking
data-driven, and forward-thinking individuals skilled and experienced in the following:
- Organizational design
- Operating model design
- Talent strategy & programs
- Employee experience
Experienced Consultants:
Navigate is seeking individuals who possess the following robust consulting skillset to drive impact on client
engagements and enhance access to new opportunities:
- Project management
- Change management
- Verbal and written business communications
- Presentation and facilitation
- Critical thinking
- Data collection & analysis
- Development and engagement of networks
- Ability to influence senior leaders
- Fluency in agile methodology
Eager and Entrepreneurial:
