Description

As a member of our Wealth Management sales team, the Edward Jones Specialist will partner with our Managing Regional Directors to specifically support the Edward Jones broker/dealer community across a territory. The Edward Jones Specialist will be initially based in Boston, building relationships and conducting meetings with Edward Jones clients both virtually and in person. After a period of six months, performance and readiness will be evaluated, and employees may be considered for promotion to a field-based position. Employees must be willing to relocate to their assigned territory upon acceptance of this position.
 

What you will do:

  • Serve as the “expert” on Edwards Jones structure, mission, goals, culture, compliance, and branch standards
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with Edward Jones advisors and regional leaders
  • Collaborate with internal and external Natixis sales team to optimize sales and service opportunities
  • Implement tailored marketing and outreach strategies to further Natixis’ brand awareness and educate on our capabilities including SMAs, mutual funds, ETFs, direct indexing and portfolio construction
  • Deliver continuing education and other value add presentations via virtual and in person seminars
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings and market dynamics to strategically position Natixis product and solutions
  • Partner with National Accounts to further Natixis’s partnership internally at Edward Jones
What you will bring:
  • 3-5 years related sales experience
  • Familiarity of Edward Jones’ culture and structure a plus
  • FINRA SIE, Series 7 and 63 required
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proficiency in articulating ideas and solutions
  • Ability to navigate intricate organizational structures and wield influence in the decision making process
