Description

The Product Analyst will serve as a subject matter expert for Natixis’ products across various investment vehicles.  Responsibilities include completing client due diligence requests in an accurate and timely manner.  The Product Analyst will need to successfully engage with subject matter experts from various parts of the organization including legal, compliance, information technology, marketing, sales and investments to help support the best possible client experience and to help drive strategic initiatives forward.  The ideal candidate will have experience working with different investment vehicles and will feel comfortable working with technology, quantitative data and qualitative information. This is a hybrid position and requires a minimum of three days per week in our Boston office.
 
What you will do:
  • Develop an understand of Natixis’ organizational structure and become knowledgeable about the investment strategies offered by Natixis and its affiliated investment managers
  • Complete various types of questionnaires (both product and firm focused) for new and existing client relationships
  • Coordinate with subject matter experts and stakeholders from around the firm as well as affiliates to ensure the accurate and timely completion of client deliverables
  • Help identify new opportunities for process improvement that align with the firm’s strategic initiatives 
What you will bring:
Skills/Experience Required 
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years of financial services experience
  • Understanding of different investment vehicles
  • Motivated self-starter
  • Organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task
  • Effective time management
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and SharePoint.  Though not required familiarity with other industry software is beneficial (Seismic, PowerBI/data visualization tools, Qvidian)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, time management, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
