Senior Marketing Manager

Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Senior Marketing Manager to join the Marketing Strategy and Activation team. This role is responsible for marketing and communications campaigns and projects to support our affiliated investment managers as well as corresponding asset class focuses and campaigns. This is a hybrid position and requires a minimum of three days/week in our Boston (Back Bay) office.
Leading through collaboration, you should be comfortable working with various styles and applying your marketing acuity and industry knowledge to drive campaigns and key initiatives forward within specified deadlines. You bring a positive, can-do demeanor to the team, with a desire to learn about our clients, our business, and about Natixis. You are proactive, detailed oriented, and have a roll up your sleeves mentality. You also lead with a digital-first approach, with a strong emphasis on the analysis of metrics that contribute to the success of campaigns and future endeavors.
What you will do:
Affiliate Marketing
- Collaborate with our affiliated investment managers to build impactful materials (e.g., videos, papers, web articles) that highlight the benefits and expertise in their respective fields.
- Lead marketing efforts on product strategy promotions as needed, while collaborating within Marketing (e.g., Editorial, Design, Web, and Video).
- Develop comprehensive creative briefs and plans that outline crucial information (e.g., goals, target audiences, key messages, exceptional factors, critical metrics) in advance to guide team members.
- Support our internal Investment Strategies team’s and Sales team’s efforts from a content as well as promotional perspective when it comes to affiliate marketing support
- Maintain content on our US websites while collaborating with Editorial and Digital teams
- Work with our internal project management system (Workfront) while keeping team members advised and the project on track.
Focus Campaigns
- Run tactical execution on focus campaigns around priority asset classes and product lines
- This involves working on campaign strategy, tactical execution, and collaboration across teams and business lines
What you will bring:
- A minimum of five years of relevant marketing experience required; financial services marketing or experience in a similar highly regulated business environment preferred
- Prior experience with investments/investment marketing a plus
- BS/BA degree in relevant subject area
- Strong attention to detail, with proven effectiveness in project management
- Strong oral and written communication skills; presentation skills a plus
- Ability to build relationships and effectively collaborate with colleagues across the organization
- Takes initiative and demonstrates ownership/accountability for assigned projects
- Able to clearly articulate plans, progress, and marketing recommendations to key constituencies, and support effective meetings and discussions
- Skilled at developing creative briefs and marketing campaign plans
- Effectively support and promote the work done by our affiliated investment managers and other assigned areas
- Have a proactive, can-do attitude
- Ability to lead and prioritize multiple projects in a timely manner
- Be a positive and encouraging team member with a “one-team” approach
- Bring a digital-first, collaborative approach to projects
- Experience with implementing, collecting, and analyzing metrics to evaluate and communicate the effectiveness of marketing tactics and strategies
- Work effectively with various internal and external business partners (e.g., Editorial, Design, Marketing Operations, Investment Strategies Group, Digital, Sales, Compliance
