Job Summary:


NVIII is looking for a motivated individual to join our HR team as an Intern to assist our HR Manager with day-to-day operations and projects. This will include recruiting, training, HRIS and special projects.
Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the onboarding process
  • Phone screen and set up interviews
  • Administrative support to the HR Manager
  • Support the HRIS system

Key Competencies:

  • Excellent oral and written communication as well as interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work on multiple assignments and meet deadlines
  • Ability to be self-sufficient and proactive and to work well in a team environment
  • Self- starter with good problem solving skills

Requirements:
  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources preferred.
  • Some business experience in a professional office environment preferred, through part-time work or internships.
  • Proficiency in multiple PC applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint). PeopleSoft experience a plus.
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) a plus.
