We are currently looking for a Renewals Specialist to join our team to assist us in our continued growth. Bilingual Mandarin/English desirable.

Responsibilities:
  • Outbound renewal calls and emails to customers and partners throughout ASIA
  • Courtesy calls
  • Up-selling and cross-selling to existing customers
  • We are looking for a motivated, tech-savvy individual who is comfortable making outbound calls and is independently motivated. The successful candidate will also possess strong customer service skills, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.
Qualifications:
  • Fluency in Mandarin/ Cantonese a must, other Asian languages a plus
  • Experience with renewals, up-selling and cross-selling
  • Able to make 75-100 calls a day
  • Strong time management skills a must
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including intermediate to advance skills in Salesforce or equivalent management tool
  • Excellent customer service and telephone sales skills, excellent listener, communicator, self-managed, self-motivated, driver type personality
  • College degree preferable

We are currently looking for a motivated, tech-savvy individual to join our Japan team. This person should be comfortable making outbound calls and is independently motivated. The successful candidate will also possess strong customer service skills, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills. English proficiency required.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for maintaining annual subscriptions for all current customers within Japan.
  • Work closely with Barracuda Authorized Partners to ensure customers renew their annual subscriptions and support contracts in a timely manner.
  • Train/ coach Barracuda Authorized partners on the value of maintaining customer subscriptions and using the Barracuda Partner Portal.
  • Pro-active calling to customers and partners to maintain Barracuda’s industry leading renewal rates.
  • Courtesy calls to customers to ensure 100% customer satisfaction
  • Prepare renewal quotes for partners and customers
  • Partner with sales teams to encourage Up-selling and cross-selling to existing customers
