Director, Growth Marketing EMEA 
Nasuni is seeking an energetic and collaborative Marketing leader to take our marketing efforts in EMEA to the next level. A member of the Revenue Marketing organization, this individual will lead a small team and play a key role in partnering with sales to build pipeline for the region. Roles and Responsibilities: 
  • Leveraging data and insights, create the marketing strategy for EMEA that meets quarterly pipeline and revenue goals for the region; identify and track KPIs and participate in business reviews with leadership. 
  • Creating the in-region marketing programs that deliver on the regions pipeline goals; create and monitor KPIs to ensure the programs deliver on won business for the EMEA region. 
  • Relentlessly track campaign performance and pacing to goals; constantly test program performance and apply learnings to future campaigns. 
  • Managing to budget, develop and implement the right channel to mix – to include inbound campaigns, digital programs, and events - to attract new prospects that result in won business for the region. 
  • Partner with the global marketing team to implement global initiatives, gain efficiencies and leverage centralized programs such as nurture; regionally nuance where appropriate. 
  • Create and implement bespoke programming to address the unique needs of the EMEA; partner with global marketing on content & creative needs and / or leverage agencies staying within brand guidelines. 
  • Monitor target accounts for engagement for signals they are “in market”; partner with sales on outbound programs.  
  • Collaborate with global customer marketing team to maximize awareness of in-region customer success stories as well as identify gaps where new assets are needed in relevant regions/verticals. 
  • Partner with the SDR organization; accurately forecast inbound leads and adjust programming to ensure met goals; ensure SLAs are met and monitor conversion rates.  
  • Manage and coach a team of two that are tasked with event and digital programs creation.  
  • Develop a deep understanding of the EMEA market and be the voice of EMEA to bring learnings to the global marketing team. 
  • Embed yourself in the sales team, thoroughly understanding sales goals and KPIs.  
Required Skills 
  • 8-12 years in marketing role at a B2B technology company; experience working at Global organizations required. 
  • Intimate knowledge of inbound demand generation funnel metrics; passion for managing to the numbers. 
  • Desire to learn Nasuni products, value prop and pitch. 
  • Comfortable working with martech to include marketing automation, project management tools and analytics. 
  • Five years of experience mentoring and managing marketing talent; managing to goals and KPIs. 
  • Hands on experience with ABM platforms (such as 6sense or DemandBase); ability to align with sales on target account treatments in region and manage outbound initiatives & SLAs. 
  • Experience working with channel partners – developing relationships with marketing peers at Channel orgs and partnering on marketing activity where appropriate.  
  • A natural collaborator, naturally curious, always learning.
