Sales Manager, Account Management

Nasuni is hiring a Sales Manager to lead our Boston Seaport Account Management team. You will lead 5 to 7 Account Managers for Hybrid Cloud Storage Solutions Sales.  This Sales Team pursues growth, renewal, and expansion opportunities in an existing book of Nasuni’s most prominent Cloud Storage accounts. As a Sales Leader you will motivate, train, coach, and enable this high performing team to exceed sales quotas and forecasted targets. 

This is a great opportunity for an Enterprise Team Leader or Inside Team Leader to move into a Sales Management role. Leverage your prior frontline selling success of SaaS, Cloud, Storage, Backup, Disaster Recovery, or Security Software to grow with Nasuni.   

This Account Management Team is responsible for incredible renewal, growth, and expansion results.  You will be organized, analytical, and data driven, in addition to your natural Sales Coaching. Nasuni has an entrepreneurial, high-growth culture lead by humble, collaborative, and supportive leaders driven and focused on quality, customer satisfaction, and pipeline growth.

As a Sales Team Leader, Account Management, you will...

  • Manage, forecast, and track team metrics for account renewals, growth, and expansion revenue.
  • Coach and help Account Managers to identify key business leaders to build and maintain long-term VP and C-suite relationships.
  • Share Channel and Alliance knowledge to proactively pursues business development opportunities among agency clients to meet renewal and enrichment goals.
  • Review sales strategy and plan with Account Managers for the growth of premier accounts.
  • Build leadership credibility through an in-depth understanding of a premier client’s business, organization, external environment, and industry.
  • Help Account Managers and partners to solve problems and challenge thinking to support growth.
  • Meet overall team renewal and expansion goals.
  • Develop and maintain full fluency in Nasuni’s products and services and how they are sold to mentor, coach, and lead team and engage with customers when necessary.
  • Assist Account Manager and partners with high-severity requests or escalations as needed.
  • This team is located in our Boston Seaport office and works a hybrid onsite/remote schedule.

Skills + experience we look for are...

  • 4+ years of proven sales success in sales and business development experience in a business-to-business environment for Software, SaaS, Storage, Security, IT Infrastructure, or Cloud
  • 2+ years of Sales Team Leadership and Sales Management success
  • Enjoys coaching, leading, mentoring, teaching, and managing highly successful teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing Sales environment
  • Excellent presentation skills to customers and executive leadership
  • Experience with Salesforce.com reporting and pipeline management
