Partner Sales Manager – DACH (Germany-based)
  
The Partner Sales Manager is a Regional Enterprise focused deal hunter for hybrid cloud storage solutions. Must have highly skilled enterprise and strategic sales experience in DACH. This person works hand in hand with enterprise and select RSM’s in market to attack their territory. Deep understanding of Nasuni’s top prospective customers, focused understanding of active pipeline, proven, intimate understanding of partner landscape (VAR’s, Cloud Hyperscalers, SI’s, consultants) and players within. This role requires a strategic thinker who can work closely with Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) to drive growth through partner engagement, identifying and leveraging the right partners to expand deal sizes and accelerate sales cycles.
 
The Key Responsibilities of a Partner Sales Manager ….    
  • Enterprise Sales Collaboration: Collaborate closely with enterprise and select sales teams to secure new business opportunities and drive strategic deals.
  • Partner Ecosystem Management: Identify, recruit, and nurture relationships with key partners, including VARs, Cloud Hyperscalers (AWS, Microsoft, Google), and SIs, to enhance market coverage and revenue potential.
  • Opportunity Identification: Proactively uncover new sales opportunities within existing accounts and through partner networks, expanding market reach and driving incremental revenue.
  • Deal Acceleration: Utilise partner relationships to validate opportunities, influence decision-making, and accelerate deal closures, ensuring a strong pipeline and consistent quota achievement.
  • Quota Achievement: Meet and exceed assigned sales targets for enterprise and select account expansions.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel to customer sites and attend client meetings as necessary.
 
Qualifications for the Partner Sales Manager role includes…    
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in the Enterprise Software Go-To-Market (GTM) space, with a proven track record of selling to and through Global System Integrators, National and Regional VARs.
  • Cloud Expertise: Demonstrated experience co-selling with major cloud partners such as AWS, Microsoft, and Google.
  • Partner Sales Expertise: Strong background in partner sales, with the ability to understand the ecosystem, drive value, and grow revenue through strategic partnerships.
  • Quota Management: Experience in carrying and exceeding sales quotas, particularly in enterprise and strategic account settings.
  • Location: This is a remote role within the DACH region, with access to an office in Munich.
