Care Partner II Forensics
Description
This position is primarily responsible for providing, under supervision of a Registered Nurse, direct care for assigned patients and for performing related duties as required.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent and have successfully completed a vocational Nursing Assistant program approved by the hospital preferred.
License / Certification: Licensure by the State of Tennessee as a Certified Nursing Assistant. BLS required.
Experience / Knowledge: Special training courses will be required by assigned area to include human growth and development necessary to deliver care to assigned patients who may range from adolescent through geriatrics.
