LPN/RN GI Clinic
Description
Nashville General Hospital is hiring an LPN/RN for GI Clinic as a full-time nurse. Day shift available (8:00am-4:30pm).
The LPN/RN delivers nursing care for patients across their life span, and through the use of the nursing process, assesses and documents the effects of care under the supervision a Clinic Nurse Manager. Works cooperatively with ancillary, nursing, medical and other patient-team personnel to maintain standards for professional nursing practice.
(LPN/RN) Responsibilities:
- Measure and monitor vital signs
- Help physicians with patient examinations
- Record patient history and personal information
- Administering medications as directed by physicians
- Schedule patient appointments
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Current Practical/Registered Nurse License in the state of Tennessee
- BLS Certification required at the time of hire
