Description

Nakisa is looking for a product marketer well versed in B2B enterprise tech to support go-to-market strategy and execution for our business suite of products. This role will cover a wide scope of product marketing initiatives including competitor marketing analysis, messaging and positioning, sales enablement, product launch planning and strategy, and thought leadership development. Your goal is to communicate the company’s unique value to the market.
 

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter that can hit the ground running to help shape, launch, and market our solutions as we continue to change the dynamics of the HR and finance in Fortune 1000. We are anxious to speak to those with the intellect, analytical mindset, and project management skills to conceive marketing programs, get organizational buy-in and execute on their ideas.
 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Become the solution expert in the team – you know our clients, and how Nakisa supports them!
  • Develop and support the GTM execution and uniquely position Nakisa in the HR and finance space, driving sales and marketing success.
  • Own core messaging and positioning for Nakisa’s suite of products in alignment with Solution engineering, product team, and sales team.
  • Work with the content team to produce and deliver thought leadership content, videos, presentations, product documents, and more.
  • Work with digital and demand teams to develop proper messaging for campaigns and brainstorm/review ideas to drive pipeline.
  • Work with the product team to develop launch plans for key features, maximizing exposure of major product/strategic investments.
  • Act as the company expert for questions about customer personas, buying considerations, competitive landscape, market trends, and product differentiators.
  • Manage multiple projects (launches, events, content, …) with internal and external teams to influence outcomes.
  • Track content usage, measure over all performance, document learnings, and report against key objectives to the executive team.
  • Identify opportunities and provide recommendations to the team to deliver greater value to our clients and introduce our solutions to a wider audience.

 

What you need to bring:

  • BSc/BA in Commerce/Business, Marketing, Communication (MBA is a plus).
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in B2B SaaS product marketing.
  • Ability to comprehend complex systems and transform a technical concept into everyday language.
  • Demonstrated track record of prior success in launching new products and developing/executing on marketing plans.
  • An articulate communicator with strong writing skills in English (+ French/Spanish is a plus).
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment working on multi-faceted initiatives while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
