What the Job Looks Like
We do hiring differently, and our approach is unlike any recruiting position that you will see at an agency, recruiting firm, or corporate HR office. In this role, you will engage with our clients through in-depth dialog with decision makers, including managers, directors, and C-Suite level management and guide the full life-cycle hiring process. This may include creating advertisements, developing candidate sourcing strategies, and producing role specific interview questions and guides. Additionally, you will participate in hands-on resume sourcing and screening, reviewing video interviews, phone interviews, and interview scheduling. You will focus on jobs and candidates in a wide array of industries, career levels, and job functions. This is a role that will allow you to expand your recruitment skillset, engage clients with your creativity, and help shape the cultures of numerous small and mid-sized businesses.
You will also focus time and attention on our internal hiring efforts to ensure that we can find the best and brightest to add our team and provide wow-worthy service to our clients! You may also partner internally as part of a team providing holistic HR support. Important Qualifications to your Success
To be considered, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Experience:3-5 years of experience working in a recruiting or talent acquisition role
- Education:A bachelor’s degree in HR or a degree & a PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM- SCP or HR certificate highly preferred.
- Computer Skills: Prefer to be well versed in ATS systems
- Modern & Progressive HR Approach: Align with our philosophy of keeping up with trends
- Adaptability: Excel at relationship building and adapting to a diverse customer base.
- Service: Living the “human" in Human Resources.
- Hours are M-F 8:30am-5pm, although you have the option to flex your hours. No overtime!
