Looking to make a difference in a family-owned business driven by their values? Our President is retiring so Orbel is looking for a compassionate President for our facility in Easton, PA. This pivotal role will steer the company's strategic direction, enhancing operational efficiencies, and bolstering sales and market presence by fostering strong relationships between engineering, operations, and sales to ensure customer success.
 
What you’ll do
Day to day you’ll provide strategic leadership, ensuring alignment with the company’s core values, vision, and mission, driving operational excellence and efficiency. Your leadership will be instrumental in nurturing a culture of innovation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
  • Strategic Leadership and Financial Stewardship: Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy, ensuring financial health through diligent P&L management, budgeting, cost control/savings, and financial reporting
  • Team Development and Operational Excellence: Lead and nurture the communication and development of all departments—sales, operations, engineering, quality, and accounting. Promote professional growth and accountability

  • Business Strategy and Market Expansion: Craft and implement strategic plans aimed at enhancing competitiveness, driving business growth, and expanding market share through new business development and customer retention.
  • Customer and Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and industry peers to drive business growth and reputation
  • Operational Oversight: Manage operations with an emphasis on safety, quality, timely delivery, and efficiency. Drive ongoing improvements and adaptability
  • Continuous Improvement and Innovation: Lead the organization in embracing continuous improvement, aligning with long-term objectives and fostering an environment of innovation and excellence
 
What you need to thrive in this role
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Metallurgy, or a related field
  • 10 years in the metals industry (metal forming, etching, etc. preferred)
  • 10 years of management experience in a metals manufacturing setting
    • 2-5 years in a senior leadership role
  • Experience in military and aerospace industries
  • Demonstrated ability to grow a company by building and maintaining employee, customer, supplier, and industry relationships
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and P&L management
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
