What you need to thrive in this role

  • Experience: 10+ years leading a B2B business and overseeing total operations and the leadership team or our departments: Finance, Marketing, Sales, Services, HR, and general administration
  • Education: Show us what you have that will help you in this role
  • EOS: Experience as an Integrator on the EOS platform is highly preferred, but not required
  • Location: We went fully remote in 2020 and liked it! We do have monthly live meetings requiring that you reside within a few hours’ drive of Bethlehem, PA
  • Software Skills: Strong modern skills. We are on MS365 and various other programs
