About the role and myHR Partner 
We are celebrating 23+ years in business and are prepared for significant growth this year. We provide award-winning human resource outsourcing services across the US. We are expanding our department from a single-person role, with a fractional director of sales, to a team of 2-3 sales reps, and this role is a combined hands-on sales representative as well as Director. 
   
What You’ll Do  
 
  • Must be available to work between the hours of 8:30am-5pm EST M-F to support the sales team. Occasional (with advance notice) full-day meetings or client appointments/ events are required. 
  • Creating and managing our sales strategy, setting, managing and measuring, goals of our sales team
  • Overseeing the day-to-day response to incoming leads, conducting of needs analyses, preparing and pricing our customized proposals, and overseeing and being involved in presenting solutions to clients 
  • Assuring trust and relationship building with prospective clients to successfully onboard them to myHR Partner’s services 
  • Filling in for our sales team as needed
  • Collaborating closely with the marketing and client services teams to ensure client satisfaction and service alignment.
  • Motivating and supporting the sales team and offering a best-in-class work environment
  • This role has a seat on our leadership team and reports to our COO. You will participate in weekly and quarterly leadership meetings and planning events
   
What We’re Looking For  
  • 3+ years in a sales leadership role and 10+ years of B2B sales experience in the professional service industry are requirements
  • It is helpful if you have sales experience in the field of HR, payroll, or benefits
  • We are seeking a sales professional who is naturally authentic, a high-energy leader who is friendly with a trustworthy demeanor 
  • Proven track record of success in leading a sales team 
  • Experience using a CRM- we are on Hubspot
  • Business acumen or knowledge of operations is preferred

  • We are not considering a fractional salesperson at this time.
  • Location: Work from home/remote role with 10% travel. Must reside within the Eastern or Central time zones. Sorry, West Coast- it’s not you, it’s us

  • Salary: Salary + commission
