About the role
As the Operations Implementation Manager your collaboration skills are important to ensure optimal efficiency within New Business Initiatives. You will be supporting the operations functionality of new practice builds, practice relocations, the closing of practices as well as the merging of existing practices. You will also be supporting offices that have recently partnered with MyEyeDr through integration. You will conduct strategic analysis of the operations business processes to identify areas of opportunity and develop strategies and propose solutions. You will support multiple activities simultaneously and be a part of the implementation of scalable SOPs and operational procedures. Though this role does not have direct reports, you will be expected to support change through influence and build strong collaborative relationships with cross-functional partners to execute on a unified outcome. This role will report to the Director, Internal Operations.
This is a hybrid remote role, offering a flexible work arrangement out of either our Raleigh, NC or Vienna, VA offices.
You Will
- Collaborate with the Program Manager, Internal Operations, on support items for new (De Novo) MyEyeDr practices.
- Execute comprehensive project plans outlining key milestones, timelines, and resource requirements for relocating and merging/closing MyEyeDr offices.
- Lead the cross-functional partnership to plan and execute logistics for the timely delivery and setup of inventory, fixtures, and equipment for relocating and merging/closing offices as well as providing any support needed for De Novo offices, as well as identifying any need for procurement.
- Oversight of the creation and maintenance of pre-built kits that contain supplies, marketing materials, or other items for procurement for all functional projects.
- Drive the partnership with regional leadership and various departments to manage all functional areas of the business related to setup, relocation, or closure of an office.
- Develop and maintain regular progress reports and provide regular updates to project stakeholders as required.
- Support the development and execution of integration plans for partnering offices to ensure smooth transition of people, processes, and systems.
- Identify gaps in workflows, technology, or staffing and provide solutions to optimize office operations, in partnership with Field Leadership across all projects.
- Maintain field facing resources to support on-site readiness of each project.
- Perform additional duties assigned to support and evolving and dynamic organization.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, or related field, or relevant work experience required.
- PMP or other relevant project management certifications preferred but not required.
- 5+ years of experience managing office integrations, relocations, or other related operational projects.
- 3+ years of experience in project management, ideally within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Intermediate knowledge of project management systems – Smartsheet, Asana, etc. is desirable.
- Ambitious, self-starter able to multi-task and effectively manage priorities and able to reprioritize as necessary to align with current business objectives.
- Demonstrated ability to support multiple high-impact projects concurrently with cross-functional dependencies.
- Strong ability to act as a liaison between the field organization and home office departments to ensure objectives are met without disruption to patient care.
- Ability to drive consensus and align stakeholders to deliver strategic objectives.
