About the role
The Growth Enablement Specialist will play a key role in supporting our Practice Development Vice Presidents and Directors, helping to drive efficiency and success in identifying new business opportunities. This position involves conducting research and analysis, as well as assisting in the development of strategies aimed at fostering positive relationships with new doctors. The role will report directly to the Sr. Director of Practice Development.

This is a hybrid remote role, offering a flexible work arrangement out of either our Raleigh, NC or Vienna, VA offices.

 

You Will

  • Conduct research to identify new markets and acquisition opportunities, providing informed recommendations on potential business ventures. Collaborate closely with directors to develop territory growth plans for all target markets.
  • Assist Practice Development Directors in showcasing the impact of their enablement efforts to key stakeholders, building trust and securing buy-in.
  • Enhance efficiency by logging, analyzing, and reviewing all new opportunities within the database.
  • Facilitate communication regarding transactions between Operations and Professional Services teams.
  • Assist Practice Development Directors in scheduling meetings with prospective doctors.
  • Contribute to the creation of presentations for each potential deal.
  • Provide ongoing support, training, and analysis related to the CRM system, serving as the superuser for the Practice Development team.
  • Leverage analytics platforms to support territory development strategies in specific geographic regions.
  • Maintain and update prospective and current doctor information within the database.
  • Develop email campaigns and marketing materials to assist Practice Development Directors in their efforts.
  • Collaborate with FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) and Practice Development Directors in the budgeting process for new acquisitions.
  • Offer post-deal support in the integration process, as needed.
  • Perform additional duties as required to support a high growth organization.

About You

  • 2+ years' experience in business development (acquisition, mergers, sales, strategic accounts).
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Access, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with SiteIntel and Google tools.
  • Proficient in HubSpot or other CRM platforms.
  • Proactive and driven, with a strong desire to contribute and make an impact.
  • Skilled at identifying areas for improvement and optimizing existing processes for greater efficiency.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to offer practical solutions.
  • Strong communicator and highly organized, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize projects effectively.
  • Capable of handling complex administrative tasks independently with minimal supervision.
