About the role
The Regional Vice President is responsible for the efficient operation and performance of region offices. You will play a critical role in our Field Leadership team by building patient loyalty, developing a high performing team, and driving profitability. You will provide the tools, support, and leadership to maximum office revenue and contributions and deliver a first-class patient experience. You will deliver these results by building a positive and professional work environment that emphasizes accountability, integrity, and professional growth. This role reports to the Senior Vice President of Field Operations.

You will provide the tools, support, and leadership to maximum office revenue and contributions and deliver a first-class patient experience. This role reports to the Senior Vice President of Field Operations.
You Will
- Build patient loyalty by building a team of District Managers who enable our organization’s purpose of helping patients live their best lives; identify and diagnose opportunities within the region, engage District Managers in continuously improving the patient experience.
- Develop a team by coaching and maximizing the success and engagement of District Managers, assess and drive the region’s talent and succession plan, attract, and retain top talent, and build an inclusive, high performing team of field leaders.
- Drive revenue and profitability by continuously monitoring the performance of each district within their region, use key performance indicators to assess financial and operational metrics; conduct regular business reviews and engage District Managers in implementing strategies and/or corrective measures to drive profitability.
- Lead succession planning in partnership with Human Resources and Professional Services to support career development and build a talent pipeline.
- Lead your region through effective collaboration and partnership with key business partners including Professional Services, Human Resources, Marketing, Finance, and Internal Operations.
- Develop and execute strategic plans for optimal performance of your region through your strong understanding of the P&L, KPIs and strategic initiatives.
- Analyze and proactively manage labor resources and labor budget to support patient demand.
- Ensure offices follow company policies, standards, and operating procedures.
- Travel to offices (up to 60%) to develop relationships with office associates, field leaders, doctors and have a strong understanding of their office performance. Participate in office visits to identify and coach areas of development, recognize achievements and growth.
About You
- Undergraduate degree in business or related field, or relevant years of experience.
- 15+ years of multi-unit retail management at a regional level, hospitality, or optical leadership experience, at least one of which in a high-performance, high-volume environment.
- Oversight of retail multi-unit district leaders with $250+ million in volume.
- Ability to grow profitability in assigned area over a specified period.
- Lead and developed results driven, high performing teams.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to influence and shape decisions for your region.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Suite to include Word, Excel, and Power Point.
