The Global Head of Business Intelligence is responsible for the establishment, optimisation, maintenance and adoption of Business Intelligence systems to disrupt the company to truly differentiate and compete on information and analytics. Continuously improving the efficiency, accuracy and integration of business Intelligence, data analytics, AI operations across Group. Lead the development of Executive dashboards that significantly enhance managements visibility and decision-making capability that are simple and dynamic. Build, define business KPI’s and acquire an in-depth understanding of the key drivers, both internal and external. Develop and own the data dictionary / Index that describes company metrics and how to analyze them. Establishing and Implementing BI policies and standards overseeing Master Data Governance, Data Warehousing and ensuring delivery of timely reporting and analysis. Oversea the data-security, determine and enforce specific security and privacy requirements for the master data.
