Summary
This position is a self-directed customer service role. The greeter is there to greet and support our patients and visitors coming into the facility with a supportive approach. The role is meant to calm and assist in addition to providing direction and assistance. Involves walking and transferring patients/visitors in/out of vehicles.

What’s Required:
- High school graduate or GED equivalent.
- Exceptional communication skills in speaking to visitors, patients, the general public and MMC staff. Communicate effectively and in a courteous and tactful manner.
- Demonstrate competency in body mechanics and transferring people in and out of vehicles.
- Appropriate physical ability to lift and assist patients and visitors when necessary.
