This is a hybrid position that would require travel to events both on-site and off site
The Recruiter (Level II) is responsible for full lifecycle talent acquisition and plays a critical role in hiring top talent. This position requires a strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, and effective time management to fill open positions. The Recruiter will actively source for candidates, and promoting Munson Healthcare as an employer of choice at job fairs, local schools and throughout the community. The Recruiter II is responsible for ensuring a superior candidate experience and serves as an advisor to hiring managers. This role is highly visible to internal and external stakeholders and is key to developing talent pipelines for current and future staffing needs in assigned functional areas.

What’s Required:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field required
- A minimum of Four years recruitment experience in a high-volume role required
- Experience in healthcare recruitment preferred.
