A Senior Compensation Analyst at Munson Healthcare performs the highest level of compensation support through design, analytics, and execution of new and existing pay programs and practices. This position is responsible for providing consultative-level compensation services by designing pay programs and practices to meet the organization’s needs across the system. The role will collaboratively complete job evaluations/market pricing, large scale department reorganizations, and equity reviews. This position will lead large scale project work and use advanced Excel skills to perform and present complex compensation data analytics.
What’s Required:
Experience/Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field is required; Master’s or professional compensation certification preferred.
- Minimum of five (5) years demonstrated competence in compensation administration. Experience must demonstrate knowledge and acceptance of Compensation practices and laws. Minimum of three (3) years experience with executive compensation programs preferred.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office Excel and Access required.
- Working knowledge of legislation and legal decisions affecting compensation and human resources is desirable.
