What’s Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Familiarity with word processing and database management
- Ability to prioritize, function independently, and multitask
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Preferred: Experience in recruitment, staffing, or HR
What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate inpatient, ambulatory, and regional staffing functions
- Maintain a master schedule for patient care services
- Work closely with House Supervisors and staffing offices to meet unit needs
- Manage scheduling software, including updates for skill sets and certifications
- Assist with orientation scheduling for new hires
- Track and report attendance trends
- Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail in all scheduling and contract-related tasks
- Create and maintain accurate contracts for travel nurses, ensuring compliance with organizational standards
- Collaborate with staffing agencies and internal teams to manage contract processes efficiently
- Review schedules proactively and resolve discrepancies to maintain accuracy and support patient care
