Empire, Michigan is located on the shores of lake Michigan and is commonly known for its beautiful Sleeping Bear Dunes. Empire Family Care is open Monday through Friday, 8am – 5pm. This location sees patients of all ages, with appointment time blocks of 20- and 40-minute appointments, and an expectation for the provider to see 18-20 patients per day. New grads are welcome to apply but experience in primary care is preferred. The position is hospital employed and offers a competitive compensation and benefits package.
