Summary: Munson Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Hospice Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our exceptional care team in Traverse City and surrounding area. The ideal candidate will be part of a supportive, interdisciplinary team of experienced clinicians and caregivers who are deeply committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered end-of-life care. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by providing comfort, guidance, and expertise to patients and families during one of life’s most important journeys.

- PRN Opportunity
- Approximately 30 Face-to-Face encounters/month
- Locations: Hospice North and South
- Hours: Day shift
Standard Qualifications:
Education / Training:
- Master’s degree in nursing OR master’s degree in physician assistant studies
Certification, Licensure, Registration:
- State of Michigan Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant license required.
