Medical Lab Technician

Frankfort, Traverse City

Medical Lab Technicians (MLT) at Munson Healthcare are valued members of the Healthcare Team. The tests you perform make a difference in the lives of our patients every day.

Our integrated and highly-automated labs are located within all Munson Healthcare hospitals. Each Munson Healthcare lab is accredited by the College of American Pathologists and/or the Joint Commission, and is CLIA88 certified.

What’s Required:

• Associate’s degree as Medical/Clinical Laboratory Technician or related degree
• Registered Medical Laboratory Technician with the American Society of Clinical Pathologists or equivalent (nationally-recognized certification must be maintained and up-to-date during tenure)
• Registry eligible technicians must be certified within 12 months of hire
• BLS certification or the ability to earn such in a timely manner after hire (site dependent)
