Full Time Remote Position - Monday - Friday

*Primarily remote but may come onsite to an MHC facility occasionally for a meeting, training*

Responsible for the creation of and updates to Oracle Health-based provider and resource templates within the Munson Provider Network (MPN), ensuring compliance with the MPN’s Access Guiding Principles and Operational Standards. This includes monitoring schedule change requests, developing and modifying scheduling templates to optimize provider time in practice, and supporting the improvement of patient access, provider scheduling rates, and provider productivity.
