A Compensation and Benefits Analyst at Munson Healthcare supports MHC Physician Network Administration in the development, implementation and management of physician/provider compensation arrangements across the system. Coordinates the physician contracting process by effectively communicating with various and many staff, administrators, and physician stakeholders. Develops and maintains systems and controls to ensure payments to physicians are timely, accurate, and authorized. Monitors physician compensation arrangements to ensure continued regulatory compliance and manages annual compensation review process and develops standardized compensation models and parameters for implementation across the system.

What’s Required:
Experience/Education
- Bachelor’s degree required. Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred.
- Minimum of three (3) years demonstrated competence in compensation analysis required. Transferable experience in data analysis, finance, human resources, or provider relations may be considered in lieu of formal compensation analysis experience.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products (Access, Excel, and Word), Munson Practice Management systems, and other related databases and other financial software.
