What We’re Looking For:

- Required: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field
- Required: Minimum of 10 years of marketing and public relations experience in a highly matrixed or consultative environment
- Preferred: Graduate Degree in related field/discipline and prior experience in Health Care.
Ready to Make a Difference? Your Responsibilities Include:
- Assist in the senior leadership team to align marketing and communication initiatives with organizational priorities
- Develops annual regional marketing and community outreach plans
- Accountable for meeting regional, measurable goals that align with overall system goals
- Assists in the creation of KPI and ongoing measurement of progress to create reports that roll up to overall MHC marketing goals
- Serves as a PR and media relations contact for the region, develops relationships with local media organizations, proactively manages local PR Strategies, participates in the development of news release and key messages, responds to media requests as needed, and helps to secure local spokespeople for media interviews. On the record experience needed.
