Summary: Munson Healthcare is offering a fantastic full-time job opportunity for a certified or certified eligible* Family Medicine Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join the exceptional practice at Cadillac Primary Care. The ideal candidate will be joining a team of experienced, friendly, and highly motivated healthcare providers, clinicians, and support staff who are dedicated to delivering excellent care to their patients and community.

Position Duties/Highlights Include:
- Join the practice of 8 FM Physicians, 1 FP APP
- Call: Telephone call only, rotated
- New graduates are welcome to apply
- Services available onsite: Laboratory, Behavioral Health, and OB/GYN.
- Office Hours:
- Primary Care: Monday – Friday 7a-6p
Standard Qualifications:
Education / Training:
- Master’s degree in nursing OR master’s degree in physician assistant studies
Certification, Licensure, Registration:
- State of Michigan Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant license required.
