About the Role
The Nursing Quality Coordinators daily routine is dynamic and centered on enhancing patient care through data analysis, process enhancement, and teamwork. They examine patient data, pinpoint areas needing improvement, and spearhead initiatives aimed at elevating care quality. Additionally, they collaborate closely with healthcare teams, offering training and support regarding quality standards.
A Day in the Life
- Review and update various data and reports
- Actively investigate areas for improvement based on data analysis
- Develop and implement new strategies and action plans
- Coordinate with other staff, provide any feedback or coaching where necessary
Who We’re Looking For
- High School graduate or GED certificate recipient
- Graduate of accredited school of nursing
- Current licensure in the State of Michigan as a Registered Nurse
- Must be current in BCLS
