A Provider Recruiter at Munson Healthcare is a key member of the Provider Recruitment and Retention team. In collaboration with the Physician Recruitment team, supports provider recruitment and plays a critical role in hiring essential providers, including critical, visible, and difficult to fill positions throughout the Munson Healthcare system, as well as leadership within the provider recruitment team. This position requires a strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, and effective time management to fill open positions. In working with the recruitment team is responsible for ensuring a superior candidate experience and serves as an advisor to hiring stakeholders, including but not limited to lead physicians, Chief Medical Officers, Practice and Senior Leadership. This role is highly visible to internal and external stakeholders and is key to developing long term relations for current and future provider needs. This role supports and advises regarding strategic initiatives, partnerships, and best practices across the talent acquisition function.
What’s Required:
Experience/Education
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, public/community relations, or health related field.
- Two years of work experience in recruitment, physician relations, marketing, business, public/community relations, or health related fields.
- Certification as a Physician Recruiter or willingness to achieve in a timely manner required.
