An Associate Systems Analyst at Munson Healthcare works independently on small or less complex systems projects, and/or under general supervision of more senior or lead analysts assists with major and/or complex systems. In addition, an Associate Systems Analyst will be responsible for the day-to-day support of one to two applications. An Associate Systems Analyst will be responsible for increasing their knowledge and becoming more proficient in all areas list under the Technical Knowledge and Miscellaneous requirements as well as all areas within the Essential Function section of this job description. Other duties include, but are not limited to: applying software updates to both test and production environments; assisting customers with developing testing plans and testing updates; troubleshooting and documenting issues; working with vendors to solve issues; keeping the customers and their lead and/or architect informed of issues and other pertinent information through both written and verbal communications.
 
 
 
What’s Required:    
Experience/Education  
  • High School Diploma or GED and experience in Information Systems (IS) and in healthcare
  • 2-4 year degree in IS/Business or healthcare preferred
