As the Med Surg and OB Manager for 20 beds, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our department's processes and ensuring that our patients receive top-notch care. Ready to Make a Difference? Your Responsibilities Include:

•    Lead the team where people do their best, and engage with a care team to address 
     efficiencies
•    Promote and maintain patient-centered outcomes that are culturally sensitive and 
     inclusive.
•    Direct and evaluate patient care delivery, ensuring adherence to regulations and 
     clinical guidelines.
•    Empower nurses to be accountable for patient outcomes, providing leadership in 
     setting nursing practice standards.
•    Establish a culture of safety and report liability risks.
 
What We’re Looking For:

•    BSN
•    MHA, MBA or MSN completed in 5 years 
•    Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience
•    Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience in an acute care room setting
