The Munson Family Medicine Residency program in beautiful Traverse City, Michigan needs YOUR EXPERTISE! We are seeking a full-time board-certified family practitioner (Allopathic or Osteopathic) to train the next generation of family physicians.
As a faculty member, this person will develop the future of medicine in a family-friendly and supportive environment.
This position will be fully engaged in all aspects of residency training, devoting approximately equal amounts of time to:
This rural-focused program is progressive, 6-6-6, unopposed, fully accredited with Osteopathic Recognition. and is located in one of Michigan’s prime vacation locations.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent clinical, teaching, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of inpatient adult, pediatric, and OB is preferred but not required. Previous teaching experience or additional fellowship training may be beneficial but is not required.
Affiliated with Michigan State University, this program is sponsored by Munson Medical Center, a regional referral hospital for the northern lower peninsula of Michigan.
