A Home Care Educator/Preceptor at Munson Healthcare works collaboratively with all management, coordinators, and resource nurses to develop and implement education plans and acts as primary preceptor for new Home Care RNs including classroom and field instruction. This will require travel to designated region/patient home dictated by orientee and visit type as outlined in the orientation plan.

What’s Required:
Experience/Education
- Graduation from a recognized school of nursing and current Michigan RN licensure required.
- BSN required.
- 5 years of nursing with 2 years of acute care and 2 hears of home care required.
- OASIS certified or will receive certification within 6 months of starting the position.
