An Office Coordinator at Munson Healthcare is responsible for managing office communications and facilitating key tasks and procedures. Tasks include OSHA tracking, managing work injury reports through VOICE and Agility, invoice review and payment processing, maintaining a master schedule of all meetings and commitments, placing orders for office supplies when needed and directing both incoming and outgoing calls, emails, faxes and letters. Must be detail oriented, able to work independently, and manage time efficiently so that operations run smoothly.
 
 
What’s Required:    
Experience/Education  
  • Associates degree OR a minimum of five years experience in a Human Resource related area required.
  • Experience with Michigan Workers Compensation rules, Federal Family Medical Leave Act, OSHA rules and knowledge of medical terminology and clinical protocols is preferred.
