Summary:
The role of Lead Security Officer is to ensure appropriate Security coverage to maintain a safe and secure environment for patients, visitors, employees and providers. The Shift Lead ensures the provision a security services throughout the facility and on campus grounds to maintain order, monitor activity to identify and report potential risks or threats, prevent accidents and/or injuries and to deter harmful activity such as theft, vandalism and violence. Shift Leads are responsible for appropriate resource allocation understanding that priorities can shift at a moment’s notice. Security Shift Leads contribute to maintaining a positive environment through consistent constructive interactions with all team members.

What’s Required:
- HS diploma/GED equivalent
- Possesses an associate’s degree or cumulative experience in Security related field which may include; criminal justice experience, Munson Medical Center Lead Position experience or other related field.
- Two years demonstrated exemplary performance as a healthcare security officer or other Munson Medical Center position.
- Possesses a valid driver’s license.
