Production Planner - II

As Production Planner II, you’ll work with sales, manufacturing, accounting, and most other internal groups, to improve and develop timelines and processes, ensuring successful, on-time project completion. This is a fast-moving team that’s passionate about innovation and process improvement. You’ll have both autonomy and support, as well as extensive room to learn and grow.

Qualifications:
- Background in analyzing production vs purchasing options, driving sound decisions and processes for sourcing materials
- SAP PP - BOM and routing expertise and history of creating and managing production floor work orders on a day-to-day basis to ensure work center schedule accuracy
- Mechanical aptitude and the ability to read blueprints
- Experience analyzing new orders with respect to capacity planning and material availability, ensuring processes stay on track, and resolving conflict as necessary
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability, detail oriented, ready to work both autonomously as well as contribute to the larger team
- Eagerness to learn and readiness to implement needed processes from concept to documented and functioning workflows
