Multimedia Marketing Coordinator
Description
The Marketing Media Coordinator provides administrative and creative support to Multivac U.S. Marketing Department. This role executes marketing tactics and those activities leading to contact with potential new and established customers. This position implements marketing initiatives that will generate new leads through various channels such as digital websites, social media, and e-mail campaigns.
This position may travel up to 30%. Schedule needs to be flexible to accommodate trade show and event schedules.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Create and execute video content for use in marketing campaigns, websites, social media posts, etc. based on current corporate branding and brand guidelines.
Create and maintain website landing pages to support advertising campaigns.
Work closely with Trade Show Manager to assist in the execution of activities related to major trade shows including pre-during-post-show communications and pre-show video production/editing.
Work closely with Industry Marketing Manager & Product Marketing Manager in the execution of marketing activities.
Assist in creating presentations to support sales needs.
Coordinate e-mail campaigns and corporate e-newsletters utilizing e-mail engines such as MailerLite.
Distribute marketing newsletters, launch packages, collateral and communications received from parent company.
Maintain social medial channels with appropriate and timely updates.
Source, create and maintain various aspects of visitor experience to Multivac U.S. and regional offices, including video screen content, displays in lobby area, atrium, etc.
Generate digital images, video and edit materials to support marketing activities and customer visits in our facilities.
Plan, film, and produce on-site videos at customer facilities for marketing and promotional use
Leverage CRM tools to track, analyze, and report on marketing activities, lead generation performance, conversion rates, and campaign results.
Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive website traffic, increase lead generation, and support overall marketing objectives.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Advertising, Multimedia, or a related field required; or a minimum of two (2) years of experience performing duties substantially similar to the essential functions of this position in a B2B environment; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized, with a positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experience with SAP, C4C, or a similar Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system required.
Experience with marketing automation platforms preferred.
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro, preferred.
Ability to learn and effectively utilize new software applications and technology tools.
