Shift: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday-Friday
Pay: Starting at $22 per hour

Summary: This position is responsible for, putting away all bar stock, prepping, inspecting outbound materials, inspecting material once it returns for any damage, installing plugs and inserts and delivering to correct bus stop. Put away all raw silicone and pieces that are delivered to 3006. Empty all chip bins and ensure Pucker stays full and running. Housekeeping daily. Determine priorities and workloads daily to keep up with internal demand.
Time Utilization: Normal business hours are 7:00am to 3:30pm. Schedule needs to be flexible to accommodate internal and external customer’s schedules.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
1. Receive and distribute daily inbound materials from specific vendors and deliver to pre-determined locations throughout Manufacturing.
2. Pack and coordinate all external coatings, creating purchase orders and scheduling deliveries to and from Multivac.
3. Confirm accurate delivery of raw stock, then designate and put away in the proper storage locations.
4. Visually and dimensionally inspect in process production, before, during, and after primary and secondary operations.
5. Stage and deliver all stock accessories and assemblies for each new machine order being delivered to the shop floor.
6. Coordinate and process recyclable materials.
7. Thorough and consistent cycle counts of all 3006 production materials.
8. General and planned housekeeping to support machine shop production.
9. Assist in putting away all raw silicon into cold storage room when received from vendor.
10. Manage and process all components scheduled for installation of plugs and inserts, to include release, procurement, confirmation, receipt, and delivery of production components.
11. Quality control as needed.
12. This position requires training to back up, Tool room personnel, CNC operations, Gasket operations, and seal bar inspections.

Education/Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED and six months production/manufacturing experience required.

Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have working knowledge of computers and SAP transactions.
Certificates and Licenses:
Current valid driver’s license. Forklift certification is a plus.
