Overview:
As a Project Team Lead, you will play a vital role in assisting the project managers and teams in the successful execution of various projects with the organization. You will be responsible for providing administrative and logistical support throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring smooth coordination and efficient operations.
Role & Responsibilities:
 
Project Management
•    Contribute to project planning, and maintain and monitor project schedules.
•    Assist in organizing project meetings, include scheduling, preparing presentation materials, documenting meeting minutes and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
•    Assist in the preparation and distribution of project communications, reports and presentations.
•    Perform testing of configured solutions.
•    Support data collection and cleansing, and validate data setup/ data load in production deployment.
•    Generate reports and dashboards to track project progress and performance metrics.
•    Prepare and maintain project documentation, files and records in an organized and accessible manner.
•    Coordinate resources and facilitate effective collaboration and communication among project team members.
•    Collect, analyze and interpret data to identify patterns and insights relevant to project objectives and outcomes
•    Undertake other project tasks as required.
•    Contribute ideas for project improvement and optimization.
 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting and finance or related field.
  • At least 5 years’ working experience in related field (experience in shared services environment is preferred).
  • Experience in project work, such as finance transformation, system implementation or process improvement.
  • Strong computer skills and experience with relevant software programs.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to take on new challenges.
