Description

Build your Career with an Industry Leader

MCC was founded in 1916, initially as the Franklin Development Company, later becoming Multi-Color Corporation. While our name and industry have evolved over the years, MCC has consistently been a pioneer of label printing. Most notably, we developed in-mould labelling in the 1970s — a solution still widely used today. For over a century, we’ve created premium labels for the world’s most iconic brands. Our Cardiff site proudly produces innovative and high-quality labels for brands recognised by consumers across the UK and is fully ISO and BRCGS certified.
