SAP Developer
- Design, develop, and modify SAP ABAP applications to support business processes.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Troubleshoot and debug SAP ABAP programs to resolve technical issues.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including specifications, test plans, and user manuals.
- Apply strong knowledge of assigned business processes for analysing, designing, developing, and testing system functions for assigned business areas to ensure that the supporting systems meet the business requirements.
- Perform data analysis and application development, including minor programming, to support data migration from legacy systems to corporate standard business systems and custom requirements as required. Act as functional and technical liaison between users and the IT application development team to deliver custom solutions that require more complex program coding.
- Provide user support for business systems related issues including researching transactional issues, identifying root causes, and driving resolution. Administer and support application as necessary (login, functionality, reporting, data integrity, interfaces). Maintain support log of issues and requests following corporate’s service request guidelines.
- Ensure all established policies, procedures and controls are enforced and followed.
- Stay current with SAP technologies and best practices to recommend improvements and enhancements.

- Leverage on use of technology and implement cost-neutral process enhancements.

- Ensure full adherence to Company accounting policies, processes, procedures and authorization levels.
- Ensure full adherence to SOX controls.
- Ensure full adherence to document retention requirements by regulatory authorities in country of operations of business unit.
Service Level
- Promote a strong service ethos to support delivery to agreed Service Level Agreements
- Act as the focal point to ensure effective communication and resolution of key issues and decisions.
- Build long-term relationships with Company internal customers and Leadership.

Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Self-directed Ability to identify critical requirements and act accordingly; independently prioritize and manage day-to-day priorities.
- Logical Advanced ability to analyse complex situations and develop solutions to those situations.
- Broad knowledge of printing industry business practices and processes preferred.
Computer Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP ABAP development.
- Proficiency in ABAP programming language, including ABAP Objects, ABAP Dictionary, and ABAP Workbench.
- Experience with SAP modules such as SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW/4HANA, or SAP Fiori is preferred.
- Strong understanding of SAP functional modules and business processes with business application project implementation experience.
- Experience with SAP development tools such as SAP NetWeaver Developer Studio and SAP HANA Studio.
- Experience with (but not necessarily an expert in) Microsoft Windows, Windows Server and Database Technology.
- Knowledge of SAP integration technologies such as SAP PI/PO and SAP CPI.
Language Ability:
- Ability to clearly communicate (verbally and written) complex technical matters in local language and English.
- Ability to clearly articulate complex technical issues to “nontechnical” associates.
- Ability to present ideas clearly to management to gain support and buy-in.
Physical Demands:
- Travel both domestic and international.
