As part of the Global Graphics Technology team, you will have the opportunity to work with world-class label printing facilities to streamline artwork processing from design through print production. You will help implement and support industry leading solutions built on graphics technologies from Esko, Adobe and others across the EMEA region. This entry level role provides significant learning and growth opportunity.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Delivery: Implement Esko and other solutions to minimize operator input, reduce errors and improve throughput in processing artwork for print. Support related servers and system configurations with installation, patches, upgrades, and new release management.
  • Support: Helpdesk support to ensure graphics systems uptime at user and system level.
  • Travel: Travel onsite as needed to complete assigned projects. Travel expectations include roughly four weeks per year as approved by direct supervisor, and as required.
  • Compliance: Maintain and support IT documentation, policies, and procedures.
  • Values: Model the Corporate Values and Principles.

 

The Person

 

  • Experience: Three years working with graphic systems in print or graphics manufacturing environment or related college degree.
  • Computer Skills: Literate in Microsoft office or the equivalent. Familiarity with graphics technology products (Esko Automation Engine, Hybrid Cloudflow, Adobe Illustrator, etc). Familiarity with scripting languages (Javascript, SQL, etc).
  • Language: Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Other: Enjoys learning and working with technology.

Additional Information

This role is remote, although living within close proximity to any of our manufacturing sites will be an advantage.
