As the global leader of premium labels, MCC helps brands stand out in a competitive markets and inspire positive consumer experience.  Our Stavanger office is looking for a dedicated HR Coordinator to join our team and assist in various human resources functions.
 
Reporting to the HR Business Partner, the HR Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department's daily operations. This role involves a wide range of HR tasks around recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, and HR administration. The ideal candidate will have great organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for people and company culture.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
Recruitment
  • Assist in the recruitment process by doing job requisitions, posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Support hiring managers with candidate assessments and interview scheduling.
  • Manage job offer processes and prepare employment contracts.
 
Onboarding and Offboarding:
  • Planning the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Ensure new employees are having digital profiles in HRIS to set up with necessary resources and access.
  • Handle exit interviews and manage offboarding procedures.
 
Employee Relations:
  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and HR-related issues.
  • Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in resolving employee relations issues and grievances.
 
Compliance and Reporting:
  • Ensure compliance with Norwegian labor laws, collective agreement and company policies. MCC Stavanger AS complies to the printing industry's collective agreements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
  • Oversee payroll and benefits administration to ensure employees are paid timely and accurately. There is an external payroll provider to run the payrolls.
  • Prepare HR reports and documents as required.
  • Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and other HR-related activities.
 
 
 Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Must have computer skills and a proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to handle that the working days does not look the same.
  • Previous experience (2+ year) in an HR role, preferably in an international company.
  • Great organizational and time management skills.
